The Kurdistan Regional Legislative Observatory were kind enough to invite GJPI to participate in their Kurdistan Rule of Law 10 Year Plan Stakeholders Meeting held in Erbil on 2 April 2009. Representatives from the legislature, executive, judiciary, law schools and the international community presented their proposals for law reform.
