Hiram Chodosh, who was one of the Project’s Senior Law Advisors, is former Dean of the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. Dean Chodosh was responsible for overall Project direction on both substantive and administrative matters. He also was responsible for developing a strategic relationship between the Baghdad College of Law and the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law.
